Meilani C. Kaaihue is an attorney specializing in medical malpractice defense. She has dedicated her legal career to representing healthcare providers and facilities and is passionate about providing a voice to defend the individuals who have dedicated their lives to helping others.
Meilani’s alma matter is The University of Oklahoma, where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction in 2016 and her Juris Doctor from The University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2019. Meilani is licensed to practice in the state of Oklahoma and admitted to the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Oklahoma and the Eastern District of Texas. She has been selected as a “Rising Star” by Oklahoma Magazine’s Super Lawyers. This designation is reserved for the top 2.5% of lawyers in Oklahoma practicing for 10 years or less.
She is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association; Oklahoma County Bar Association; Oklahoma Associate of Defense Counsel; Defense Research Institute; and American Bar Association. As an alum, Meilani acts as the Risk Prevention Advisor for the Kappa Alpha Theta sorority at the University of Oklahoma. While she loves practicing law, Meilani’s true devotion lies with raising her daughter, Naomie, and creating memories with her family in Norman.
